Anchorage Farmers Market, located at 15th & Cordova, is the only non-profit, farmer-directed market in Anchorage. The Board of Directors consists of farmers and members. As stated in our bylaws, " The purpose of this corporation shall be to further the health of the entire community by enhancing the viability of producing and marketing fresh Alaska Grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, plants, animal products, and to provide market capabilities for farmers to retail their products to the customer directly."
