For over twenty years Pappardelle's has been making custom pastas for high end restaurants in the Denver area. A few years ago the family owned company decided to offer their pastas at selected farmers' markets. Nan Zimmerman of Pasta Pazza is happy to be the local farmers' market ambassador for Pappardelle's Pastas. She offers a wide selection of the dried pastas ( both regular and gluten free). She also has frozen raviolis, tortellinis, gnocchi, pestos and sauces, all made to Pappardelle's exacting standards. New for the winter is Pappardelle's complete line of flavored Olive Oils, Dipping Sauces, Balsamic Vinegars and marinades.
