Grow, Sell & Eat Local!

Let's see, I have been calling my local police department, my local mayor, and even my alderman, about my neighbor for around 3 years now, because of how they keep their property. The other 3 neighbors around this property have also called our local police department for the same issues, as a matter of fact, myself and the other 3 neighbors have had to put up a fence just so we don't have to look at this shit! So again, about 1 week ago, I once again called my local police department and talked to the chief of police about this issue. After a week of not hearing nor seeing the neighbor do anything about his property I decided to call and find out what the deal was. The chief of police told me that he did not see anything wrong with his property and there was nothing that he could do. So here are some photos that I have taken, does anyone else see anything wrong with his property or am I just wrong? It seems to me that the chief of police does not want to make someone mad at him or he really does not want to do his job, I'm not sure which one it is but I know that nothing is being done about this matter and it seems to me that the people that disobey the law or housing codes are the only ones that get away with everything. It might also be the fact that since they do not live next to this it really does not matter to them. The problem with all this is that we now have moles, raccoons, and possums running around in my back yard because of all the places that they can hide and produce more babies. So I'm not really sure what a taxpayer that obeys the law, pays their taxes, and keeps the yard in tip top shape is supposed to do except to pull down my pants, bend over and say thank you Rushville Illinois Elected officials.
