This department’s responsibility is to provide wholesome leisure time programs and facilities for the citizens of Biloxi, thereby helping people to enjoy themselves. January - December Tuesday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, (We will conduct five small festivals during the year at this location to generate traffic for our vendors. The dates for this year are May 24, June 28, July 12, Sept. 27 & Oct. 2
