Cibi deliziosi, in Italian, means “delightful food.” A 20 year dream of Rosita Caridi-Miller, Cibi’s Chef/Owner, became reality in the fall of 2005. Given a growing market for the flavorful, nutrient rich Mediterranean diet, “food as entertainment,” and for fine products at affordable prices, the time was right for opening Cibi. Chef Rosita's vision included a place where guests can enjoy wholesome “out-of-the-ordinary” foods in their own home or in the casual elegance of Cibi’s café or banquet room. The original concept of a gourmet deli quickly evolved into a catering business as well as an entertainment, meeting and culinary center. We started with a one-of-a-kind deli menu, featuring popular items from our now “Catering To-Go” menu. Our guests often ask for customized menus, which we happily design especially for their occasion. Cibi's house specialties include Italian inspired gourmet specialties like homemade pasta, ravioli and sauces made fresh, all made on the premises. We make our pasta and sauces in small batches with the finest ingredients available and using trusted family recipes and techniques that preserve their richness and taste.
