Plattekill Farmers Market

Located in the southern portion of Ulster County, gateway to the Catskill mountains, the Town of Plattekill is home to just over 10,000 residents and consists of five small hamlets. The hamlet of Ardonia is primarily agricultural; Clintondale is comprised of several small businesses and farmland. The hamlet of Modena is considered the center of the town and is the location of the Library, Town Hall and the Highway Department. New Hurley is noted for its pastureland and orchards. The hamlet of Plattekill consists of apple orchards and many small businesses. The Newspaper of Record for the Town (i.e. where Legal Notices are posted) is the Southern Ulster Times.
