The Downtown Sidney organization is a coalition of public and private interests whose mission is to develop downtown Sidney as an essential nucleus for public and professional services and to build a unique center of opportunity for retail, commercial, residential, cultural, and religious activities. The Downtown Sidney Business Association meets regularly where representatives of the downtown area business community discuss the well being of the downtown. Downtown Sidney is a division of the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.
