To join Lycoming County 4-H this year, you must enroll in ACCESS 4-H by April 15th, and submit a Photo Release /Code of Conduct Form signed by both member and parent. Payment of the educational materials fee, $10/year is also due at that time; horse project members pay an additional fee of $35 which must be received by June 1st. We are also asking all members to help us capture data on the effects of 4-H enrollment by filling out the Skills for Everyday Living survey each year as they enroll.
