The SFC Farmers' Markets are a project of the Sustainable Food Center (SFC), a local 501 (c)(3) non-profit that creates opportunities for individuals to make healthy food choices and to participate in a vibrant, local food system. Currently we host four of the largest weekly farmers' markets in the state of Texas: - Downtown (Saturdays) at Republic Square Park - Sunset Valley (Saturdays) at the Toney Burger Center - East (Tuesdays) at the YMCA at 51st and Hwy 183 - Triangle (Wednesdays) at the Triangle (46th and Lamar) Our markets are attended by a selection of more than 100 vendors, including local farms and artisans.
